Four of the best in Casablanca

Visitors to Casablanca can enjoy some great culinary options in the city, with many fine restaurants serving local food, international cuisine and some fusion recipes. However, it is not always necessary to even leave the hotel to try these, as many of the fine places guests can stay in the city have some impressive eateries.

The Kenzi Tower Hotel is one place that truly stands out in this regard. This superb five-star hotel has no less than four dining options, each of which has its own unique qualities. Sens is a restaurant that will impress guests the moment they walk in. Located on the 27th floor, it has the most stupendous panoramic view over Casablanca that takes in the city centre, the suburbs and major landmarks such as the Hassan II Mosque. The food itself is excellent, offering a fusion menu that combines the best of the Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisines. For an even higher view, Sky 28 is, as the name suggests, on the floor above Sens.

This premium bar lounge serves a fine array of drinks and tapas and offers plenty of great entertainment with a live jazz band and a DJ. Nearer to the ground – but just as high on quality – INSENSE is a restaurant and terrace with a fine international menu focused on seasonal food. It serves breakfast, lunch and evening meals, with lunchtime offering a choice of a buffet or slow-cooked food, as well as healthy corners and sweet pastries.

Finally, there is the Lobby Bar, which is located near the hotel entrance and is open to both guests and visitors. This is a great place to grab a nice snack and a drink, as well as enjoying a pleasant social occasion or a business meeting, aided by discrete background music and free internet access. So whether you fancy a tasty breakfast, a seasonal treat, a little snack or some great fusion food, the Kenzi Tower has it all.
